Phuong is the Chief Finance Officer, CEO of NTQ Europe and also the "Innovator" of NTQ Solution. After obtaining his Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Rostov State University, he worked for various IT/telecom companies before joining NTQ.With a visionary approach and a deep understanding of technology, he is shaping NTQ Europe’s growth and expansion. Passionate about long-term partnerships, he is dedicated to building sustainable collaborations that create lasting value for both clients and NTQ Europe.

Dung is the Chief Operations Officer and also the "Administrator" of NTQ Solution. He is a well-respected leader with over 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in IT development, project management and operation. He worked for many multinational SI firms before joining NTQ. Dung has created a professional customer-centric working environment in NTQ that delivers IT solutions and services supporting them in digital transformation, business expansion, and long-term sustainable collaboration.

Duong is the Director of Strategic Customer Relations. At the same time, he is also the CEO of EZPlatics, a part of the NTQ Solution ecosystem that specializes in providing IoT solutions and systems in agriculture, energy, and manufacturing. Duong has worked with NTQ Solution since its inception and is considered a "Companion" of NTQ’s customers. Dedicating himself to the role of a supportive and attentive companion, he fostered close relationships by accompanying clients through both successful and challenging times. This genuine commitment surpassed their expectations, evolving into cherished friendships, which, owing to his years spent living and working in Japan, were enriched by his advanced knowledge of business practices, Japanese language, and culture. Lan is the Chief Human Resources Officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in operational management and system development for large international corporations. She is responsible for developing NTQ-ers, including recruitment, training, human resource development, and organizational structure-building policies. Lan has aided NTQ in creating a professional employee-centric working environment that adheres to international standards. She considers people as an important factor in all development.

Joining NTQ Solution in 2011, after more than 12 years of becoming an NTQer, Hung has shown his undeniable contribution to the company’s success. As Director of the SDC1 & SDC3 Department, he and his team have thrived by leveraging their industry expertise with Japanese existing and future partners of NTQ to deliver an outstanding client experience. Hung’s background is rich in various programming languages, especially for Mobile, also in Management and Leadership skills.

As both SDC11 Director and Japan Market Leader, Thanh has been a driving force behind NTQ’s success for the past 10 years. Duc is the new "captain" of the SDC6, dedicated to the Japanese & English-speaking markets. He is a highly respected leader with over 12 years of experience and knowledge in software development, Project management, and Solutions architecture. With a demonstrated working history in the Software industry, he strives to lead the SDC6 department to achieve many successes and ensure the highest standard of project quality for all clients.

With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry in Japan, Binh is now the Chief Revenue Officer of NTQ Japan. Ishikawa Akira has been working in the IT industry for 20 years and accomplishing thousands of global projects. He is an expert in offshore development. With deep knowledge of technology, vast experience, and a professional working style, he is credited by members and assigned to be NTQ Consulting Japan Director.

Long is the Sales Director of the MIT market, including SEA, Australia, US. Possessing an impressive background with a thick knowledge and experience in Business Consulting and Finance, he always makes good directions to lead the Sales team. Under his dedicated guidance, the Sales team recorded great success when helping the company have the opportunity to cooperate with major clients around the world.

Having started his career at NTQ in 2013, Thanh is NTQ’s Technology Consulting Officer. He left a mark when he gradually tried from the key member to become a director of the Technology Consulting Office (TCO). With over 10 years of experience in AI and Data, Tien has taken on various roles, from Developer to Team Lead, and now plays a key role at NTQ in managing AI teams of up to 30 members. He has a deep passion for learning, innovation, and solving complex system integration challenges. Notably, he successfully developed Edge AI solutions for a major Japanese client, a highly complex project that opened new collaboration opportunities for NTQ.
Tien holds international certifications in Cloud, AI, and Data from Google, AWS, and IBM, and has delivered high-quality AI solutions across various domains for European and US clients. With strong English proficiency, he actively contributes to bidding and presales, securing major contracts that drive NTQ’s global expansion.
